After you agree on the terms below, the registration procedure will start.
Your personal information will not be handed over to the third personwithout your consent.
Please read through the Terms of Membership before registration.
Chapter 1 (Purpose)

This Terms and Condition of Membership set rules on the condition of usage, its procedure and other necessary items for the members to use the Internet-related services offered by the Home Page ("WSFF" hereafter) of the World Sport Fishing Federation ( "Fishing Federation" hereafter).

Chapter 2 (Definition of the Terms)

1. WSFF: A Home Page constructed by the Fishing Federation with the support of the information and communication equipment such as computers, in order to provide the Internet (-related) services to the users.
2. User: Member or Non-member who connects to WSFF and receive services offered by WSFF according to the Terms and Conditions of Membership.
3. Member: One who made a contract on the usage of services by providing personal information to WSFF.
4. Non-member: One who does not register as a member but uses the services offered by WSFF.
5. Operator: Administrator or director of WSFF who is in charge of managing and operating the services.
6. ID: The combination of letters and numbers that a member selects and WSFF approves for the acknowledgement of membership and the member's usage of services. 
7. Password: The combination of letters and numbers that a member selects to protect his privacy in the communication.
8. Electronic mail (E-Mail): A postal address on the Internet 
9. Definition of terms other than the above words will follow the related decree and the policy of WSFF. 

Chapter 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms and Conditions)

1. These Terms and Conditions take effect when they are displayed on the service screen or shown in any other means before the users.
2. WSFF reserves right to revise the Terms and Conditions within the limit not violating the related regulations such as Regulation Law on Contract, the Basic Law on Virtual Company, Electric Signature Law, Information and Communication Use Promotion Law.
3. WSFF allows users to be informed on the changes made on Terms and Conditions, by giving a notice in the Site. If users do not agree on the changes, they are free to delete their membership (withdraw from the membership), and by continuing connection, they are acknowledged to have agreed upon the changes. The changes take effect upon the posting in the Site.
4. The changes on Terms and Conditions are applicable only to the contract made after the date of changes, but not to those before the date.
5. Matters not expressed in these Terms and Conditions will follow the provisions in the related regulations.

Chapter 4 (Service Utility Time)

1. Services offered by WSFF are in principle usable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless they are disabled by the operative or technical reasons on the part of WSFF.
2. Utility time can be suspended whenever WSFF needs to have a regular system check, for example, by giving notice to the users in advance.

Chapter 5 (Suspension of Services)
 
1. WSFF reserves right to suspend services when a situation arises that require maintenance or replacement of information and communication facilities such as computers, or when malfunction or break of connection occurs.
2. In the above case, WSFF gives notice in advance to the users, except by some uncontrollable reason, discontinuation of service (such as unexpected disc hazard or system down) occurs and disables WSFF to even send an advance notice.
WSFF is not responsible for any damage incurred upon the users.

Chapter 6 (Membership Sign-up)
 
1. User's membership application is done by filling in the personal information on the registration form specified by WSFF, and by expressing his will to agree on Terms and Conditions of Membership.
2. Among membership applicants, WSFF registers as the users those who are not included in the following cases.

1)	A user who has once lost the membership according to Chapter 7 Section 2 of Terms and Conditions of Membership, with the exception that 3 years have passed since his loss of membership qualification and WSFF agrees on resigning-up as a member.
2)	When the application contains false, incomplete, or incorrect statement.
3)	When the acceptance as a member is judged to create a predominant obstacle to the WSFF in the management. 
3. Membership registration becomes complete as the notice of acceptance reaches the user.
4. Users must inform WSFF on any changes of registry without delay.

Chapter 7 (Withdrawal from membership or Disqualification)

1. User can apply for withdrawal from membership whenever he wishes, and WSFF will promptly process it.
2. When a user applies to the following case, WFSS has right to limit or suspend the membership qualification.

1)	Address or information other than applicant's own was used.
2)	Information in the application contains false.
3)	Other user's ID and Password were used without permission.
4)	User's activity goes against public order and decency.
5)	User's activity relates to criminal act.
6)	User's activity slanders reputation or harms interest of others.
7)	When a virus program was diffused deliberately within the "Site".
8)	When the intellectual property right of the "Site", members or any third person was infringed and the user in question is unwilling to correct it.
9)	When there are harmful activities to hold back sound services.
10)	When there are activities that conflict with Fundamental Electrical Communications Law, Electrical Communications Business Law, Deliberation Regulations by Information and Communications Ethical Committee, Information and Communications Code of Ethical Practice, Program Protection Laws, and other related statutes, including the conducts prohibited by Terms and Conditions of Membership of this Site.

3. After WSFF limited or suspended membership qualification, if the same practice repeated more than twice, and there was no sign of improvement, WSFF reserves right to retrieve the membership.
4. At the cancellation of membership, the membership registration is deleted. 
Before this proceeding, however, the user in question is informed of it, and is allowed to give an account for his conduct.

Chapter 8 (Notification to the Members)

1. Notification from WSFF is sent to the e-mail address that a user provided at registration.
2. At times, notification to unspecified number of users is posted on the Bulletin Board over a week, in the place of individual mails. 

Chapter 9 (Duty of WSFF)

1. WSFF makes best efforts to provide continuous and stable services, according to the contents described in Terms and Conditions of Membership.
2. WSFF will not leak out or publicize user's personal information without his agreement. However, there is exception when state organizations demand those information by legitimate procedure, to open those is judged necessary for investigations or public interest, or related regulations lawfully require those information.
3. WSFF makes best efforts to maintain the service-related facilities in sound conditions, and repair or restore in the instance of hazard.
4. WSFF will promptly handle the suggestions and opinions from the users when those are understood valid. And when to respond to them in a brief span of time is difficult, a notice is given to the proposor regarding its reason and earliest possible date to process.

Chapter 10 (Duty of Members)

1. Members must abide with the related regulations, Terms and Conditions of Membership, guidance and precaution for usage that WSFF advises, and must not engage in the activities to interrupt the operation of WSFF.
2. Users' ID and Password should not be given or lent out to others without advance agreement, and the entire responsibility in handling ID and Password rests on the Users.
3. Members should not copy, reproduce, alter, translate, publish, broadcast, or offer to the third person by other means, the information acquired through the Services without advance agreement.
4. Members should not be engaged in profit-making activities by using the Services without advance agreement of WSFF.
5. When there are changes of address or other personal data provided in the registration,, Users must correct the registry on-line.
6. In using the Services, member should not be engaged in the following activities. If it becomes clear that such activities exist, his membership will be either suspended or cancelled.

1) Other User's ID was unjustly used.
2) There are activities aimed at crime or relating to criminal act.
3) User's activity goes against public order and decency.
4) User's activity slanders reputation of others or offend others.
5) User's activity violates the intellectual property right or any legal rights of others.
6) Activities to use or circulate the information acquired through the Services without permission of WSFF.
7) Hacking or activities to diffuse virus program.
8) Stalking or activities to harass other Users.
9) Transmit or post by e-mail or other means the advertisement (junk mail, letter of happiness, pyramid system ad and others) that is not accepted by the Site.
10) All the activities that will obstruct or might obstruct the operation of the Service.
11) Other activities that violate related statute.

Chapter 11 (Duty relating to Member's ID and Password)

1. Managerial responsibility with ID and Password rests on the Members.
2. User should not allow the third person to use his ID and Password.
3. When ID and Password were stolen or found in the third person's use, User must report to WSFF immediately and follow its instruction.
4. As a general rule, ID is supplied in the real name of resident registration. 

Chapter 12 (User's posting of notice)

 WSFF reserves right to delete the notice posed by Users, when the content is judged to belong to the following cases without warning.

1. Contents that offend other User or the third person, or slander reputation by backbiting or plot.
2. Contents that go against public order and decency.
3. Contents that are perceived relating to the criminal act.
4. Contents that violate Copy Right of WSFF or the third person and other legal rights.
5. After the time period for posting set by WSFF is over.
6. Contents that violate Copy Right of the third person or other legal rights.
7. Contents that are linked to indecent materials or those site.
8. Contents that violate other related statute or the rules set by this Site.

Chapter 13 (Copy Right of Posted Materials)

 Rights over materials posted by WSFF will follow the below rules.

1. Rights and responsibility with the materials belong to Members who posted them, and WSFF cannot use them for profit-making activities without the agreement of Member, except using within the Site.
2. Users cannot use the information acquired through the Service for commercial purpose by converting and selling it.

Chapter 14 (Compensation for Damages)

 WSFF is exempted from any compensation for damages incurred upon Users that resulted form using the Services offered charge-free. 

Chapter 15 (Exemption Clause)

1. WSFF is under no liability for the halt of Service, loss or damage of data posted by Users due to any cause not within control including act of God.
2. WSFF is under no liability for disorder in using Service caused by User's act.
3. WSFF is under no liability for credibility or accuracy of the information presented by Users.
4. WSFF is under no liability for any damage relating to the usage of Service incurred upon Users, resulting from deliberation or mistake on the part of Users.
5. WSFF is under no liability for loss of benefit expected in the use of Service, or loss resulted from using materials acquired in Service.

Chapter 16 (Jurisdiction)

 Law suits over the dispute between User and WSFF in the course of using the Service regards court at WSFF operator's residence as court of jurisdiction.
